Our archetypes are companions who travel with us. As our lives and seasons change, so may the ones we need. Take what speaks to you today.

You Might Notice…
There are times when change happens so gradually you hardly notice it—and others when you look around and wonder how so much became unfamiliar.
The Witness appears in those in-between places.
She reminds you that becoming someone new does not erase the women you have already been. Your memories, choices, mistakes, joys, ordinary days, and unexpected turns are still part of the story.
You don’t have to gather them all up or make sense of them.
Sometimes it is enough to notice: I’m still here.
One Small Step…
Find one thing that still feels like you.
It might be something you have kept for years, a song you still know by heart, a place you return to, a phrase you still use, or something you notice yourself doing without thinking. It might be your favorite gift, the one that sparks joy in your heart. You don’t need to decide whether it belongs in your future.
Notice the small moment of recognition:There you are.

Something To Think About…
How much of yourself have you carried forward without noticing?
We tend to notice the things that have changed—the work we left, the relationships that shifted, the beliefs we reconsidered, the versions of ourselves we outgrew.
But what about the things that quietly remained?
A way of making people feel welcome. The questions you still ask. Something that always makes you laugh. The things you protect. What you notice that someone else might miss.
Maybe finding your way back to yourself isn’t always about looking backward.
Sometimes it’s simply recognizing what has been traveling with you all along.

A Witness Affirmation
I remain myself as I become.
